KB Hair Studio is a small, freelance business that will collect your personal details, such as name, address, contact, styling (such as colour codes) and allergy information. None of the information we collect from you is shared with any third parties. KB Hair is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where we get personal information

We will only ever collect personal information if it is needed for the reasons already listed, e.g. for booking an appointment or consultation, or to enable us to contact you about a change to or information about your appointment.

We collect your data for manging your information as a client, while you are a client, and we will only keep your data for as long as we need it. Access to your information is limited to the business owner.
If for any reason you are no longer a client of KB Hair (or if you ask us to remove your details from our records) any personal information we have collected will be deleted or destroyed in the appropriate way to keep your information confidential. This will be done as soon as possible after we have been advised/a request is made, when we know we don’t need to contact you.
